Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Android app Logic Puzzles: Color Nonogram (com.logicpuzzles.colornonogram, “Logic Puzzles” or “the app”) and no other app. It is published by Trung-Hieu Tran (trading as FightTech), the developer named on the app’s Google Play listing (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at trunghieu4121993@gmail.com.
1. What we do not collect
We do not ask for, and the app does not collect, your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise (GPS) location, photos, files, microphone or camera data. There is no user account and no cloud save: we do not run a server that stores your progress.
2. What stays on your device
Your progress, completed puzzles, settings and statistics are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. On first launch the app also creates a random install ID (a random code that is not linked to your name, Google account or any personal detail). It is used as the anonymous user ID for the statistics and crash reports described below, so that data from one install can be grouped together. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
If Android’s own backup is turned on, Android may include this local data in your device backup, which Google stores under your Google account so it can be restored to a new phone. That backup is controlled by you and by Google; we cannot access it. A restored install receives a new random install ID.
3. Data collected automatically and who processes it
| Data | Why | Processed by |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location (country or city) derived from it, device model, operating system and version, language, app name and version, and how you interact with ads (impressions, clicks, rewarded videos watched) | Showing ads, choosing personalised or non-personalised ads according to your choices, measuring ads, preventing fraud and abuse | Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) |
| Unity Ads: Advertising ID, IP address and approximate location, device model, operating system and version, and ad interaction data | Showing and measuring ads, fraud prevention | Unity Technologies (ad processor) |
| App package name and IP address, sent to fighttech.vn when the app opens to read the ad on/off settings | Choosing which ad network to use | Us (fighttech.vn) |
| Usage events (for example: puzzle started or finished, hint or reward offered, accepted or declined, ad shown or skipped), the random install ID, the Firebase app instance ID, device model, OS version, language, country taken from your phone’s language setting, app version, network type (Wi-Fi, mobile or none) and the approximate location derived from your IP address | Understanding which features are used so we can improve the app (analytics) | Google Firebase Analytics |
| Crash and error reports: stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, free memory and disk, the random install ID and a Crashlytics installation ID | Finding and fixing crashes and bugs | Google Firebase Crashlytics |
| A Firebase installation ID and a push token for this install. The app includes Firebase Cloud Messaging, which creates these automatically; the app does not send you notifications | Technical identifiers of the Firebase components built into the app | Google Firebase |
All of this data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Analytics and crash reports are collected whenever the app runs and there is no switch for them in the app; to stop them, uninstall the app. The consent message in section 4 controls how ads are personalised.
4. Ads and your consent choices
The free app shows ads served by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. When the app starts it asks fighttech.vn which ad network is switched on (the request carries only the app package name and, like any web request, your IP address; nothing else is sent). The ad network used can therefore change without an app update, and ads can be switched off entirely: an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch to get an extra hint or an extra life, and an occasional full-screen ad after you finish a puzzle. A small banner ad may also appear, only if it is switched on remotely.
Personalised ads use your Advertising ID and information about your app activity to show ads that are more relevant to you. Non-personalised ads are chosen from contextual information such as the app you are using and your approximate location, not from your past behaviour. Google may still use the data in section 3 to deliver, measure and protect non-personalised ads, including frequency capping and fraud prevention.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first open the app, Google’s consent message (the Google User Messaging Platform) asks whether you agree to personalised ads and related data use. You can accept, reject or manage individual choices, and the app follows them.
Change your mind at any time: where the consent message applies, open Ad privacy options in the settings sheet to see the message again and update your choices. Uninstalling the app also clears them.
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads (the wording varies by phone). After deletion, apps receive no Advertising ID and ads are not personalised with it. Google processes ad data as described in its How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services page and in How Google uses cookies in advertising. You can manage ad personalisation for your Google account at My Ad Center.
5. Purchases
The app offers one optional one-time purchase, “Remove ads / Premium”, handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not see your card or bank details; the app only learns from Google Play whether you own the purchase (and the purchase can be restored on a new device). There are no subscriptions.
6. Permissions
- Internet and network state — ads, statistics and crash reports. Playing works offline because the content is inside the app.
- Advertising ID — used by AdMob, Unity Ads and Firebase as described above.
- Vibrate — an optional small haptic tick while you play.
The app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
7. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal data. The data in section 3 is processed by Google as our service provider (Firebase) and, for advertising, by Google AdMob and Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). When you consent to personalised ads, AdMob may use ad data for advertising purposes as described in Google’s policies. We do not share data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
8. How long data is kept
- On your phone: until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.
- Firebase Analytics: event data tied to an install is kept for the retention period set in Firebase, up to 14 months, then deleted.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and their identifiers are kept for 90 days.
- Firebase installation ID and push token: they stop working when you uninstall the app, and unused ones expire.
- Unity Ads: kept by Unity under its own retention rules, described in the Unity Privacy Policy.
- AdMob: kept by Google under its own retention rules, described in the Google Privacy Policy and in Privacy and Security in Firebase.
9. Your choices and deleting your data
Delete everything on the phone: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings › Apps › Logic Puzzles › Storage. This removes your progress, settings and the random install ID.
Delete analytics and crash data: e-mail trunghieu4121993@gmail.com with the subject “Logic Puzzles data deletion”, your phone model and the approximate date you installed the app. We will delete the matching data we can identify within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Because there is no account and the random install ID is not shown inside the app, we cannot link data to you by name or e-mail, and a reinstalled app gets a new random ID.
Ads: change your consent in Ad privacy options (section 4), and reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, UK or some US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Write to us and we will help; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Logic Puzzles is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and data about them was collected, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Google may process the data described here on servers in the United States and other countries. Google applies safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA and UK.
12. Google policies

13. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the app’s data practices change, and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also mention it in the app’s release notes.
