Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Android app Logic Puzzles: Color Nonogram (“Logic Puzzles” or “the app”), published by Trung-Hieu Tran (FightTech) (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, its puzzles, pictures or other content, except as the law allows.
2. Free app and ads
Logic Puzzles is free to download and play. It shows ads served by Google AdMob and Unity Ads: an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch to get an extra hint or an extra life, and an occasional full-screen ad after you finish a puzzle. How ads use data, and how to change your consent, is explained in the privacy policy. The app also offers one optional one-time purchase, “Remove ads / Premium”, sold and processed by Google Play. It removes banner and full-screen ads; optional rewarded videos you choose to watch remain available. The purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. There are no subscriptions.
3. Content and ownership
The app’s design, code, puzzles, artwork and packaging remain the property of Trung-Hieu Tran (FightTech) or its licensors. Progress you make in the app is yours to enjoy on your own device.
4. Fair use
Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or with ads (for example by tampering with the app or faking ad views), or infringes anyone’s rights.
5. Your progress and availability
There is no account and no cloud save: your progress is stored on your device only. We are not responsible for progress lost when a device is reset, lost or replaced, or when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. We may add, change or remove content and features, and we may stop offering the app.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Trung-Hieu Tran (FightTech) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
